Selected firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer near you
ALL FIREARM AND AMMO SALES ARE FINAL
We recommend you register your firearm with the manufacturer. This will help with defects and recalls, should they occur.
OUR FIREARMS POLICY
Federal law requires all firearms be shipped to a licensed dealer. Wine Weaponry is happy to provide this service for you. It is the responsibility of the seller to contact us so we can provide them with a copy of our FFL (Federal Firearms License). Wine Weaponry will NOT provide this information to individuals and ask you make arrangements with us beforehand. Providing your contact information ensures we are able to contact you when your firearm has arrived and is ready for pickup.
When your firearm has been successfully shipped it is not yet ready for pickup. There are ATF guidelines Wine Weaponry must follow to confirm your firearm is logged into our books beforehand, to verify the serial number/model of your firearm. This will require Wine Weaponry to open your package upon arrival. Once these steps are completed you will be contacted.
$30 transfers—Includes Sales Tax. All firearm and ammo sales are FINAL.
